Im about to go to the store, anyone have any ideas on healthy high protein snacks?

    I love roasted salted almonds. Don't know how high they really are in protein, but they are fairly healthy.

    I eat high protien. My snacks include:

    Whey

    Cottage cheese

    Cheese (buy harder cheese like cheddar, less fat and higher protein, not soft cheeses like brie)

    Hard boiled eggs

    Greek Yogurt

    Peanut Butter (I usually put it in my yogurt or shakes)

    This! The salt & vinegar ones are even better... but in moderation! I could easily down a can in one sitting.

    Peanut butter & banana is my standby!

  • I like 90 cal fiber one brownie, skinny cow snacks, nabisco 100 cal snacks and sugar free oreos. I also love fresh fruit and little cube cheese or string cheese (2%). Sherbet ice cream with fat free whipped cream is good for a treat too.

  • Eggs, cottage cheese, farmer's cheese, milk, greek yogurt (plain), fish, shrimp, lean ham/meat, canadian bacon, tofu, peanut butter.
