Ugh!

I'm only at 680 calories for the day. And I feel so full. I'm around 50g protein so far, but will need another 50 before bed, and an additional 900-1200cals for the day. (I'm trying to eat more since I started a lifting routine this week, aiming to add muscle.)

ugh, think I'll have a spoon of peanut butter. And buy some greek yogurt as others have suggested on my other protein posts.

How does everyone else meet these caloric needs without feeling stuffed and sick?

I second that....with whole milk and extra peanut butter. It's not hard....

Does that mix in the hand shaker cups with the wire whisk ball? seems like it'd get gunky.

never a problem for me, I've been eating 3000+ calories/day the last couple days and I'm still always hungry! lol

I'm a bit envious at this moment in time

I would think so..... Shake it a lot to mix it better. A blender would work well too if you have one.

Just wish I could eat them as dessert instead of protein!

Why didn't you eat dinner? That's probably where your 'missing' calories are.

Got the calories in but still behind in protein. BUT if I hadn't eaten the Lindt milk chocolate truffles and had protein instead I would have come much closer.

Seriously, I am buying chocolate milk tomorrow, not the greatest for protein, but if it'll quench the chocolate craving and give some protein then its worth a shot.
