After reading everyone's inspiring stories and seeing all the before and after pictures, I have decided to change my goal.

As of right now, I weigh 190. This spring I will be attending a wedding and I thought that was the perfect motivation........to be able to wear a nice dress to it and look good. So I chose to try to reach 170, the weight I was before I had my soon to be 6yr old daughter! I didn't wanna be over optimistic, so I thought 20 pounds was a good way to start out and then if I reached that, I'd change my goal. I told my husband I had wanted to be a success story like everyone else on here.

I've been waiting for Planet Fitness to have their $10 deal but that was a couple months ago. Luckily one of my friends actually had a $10 coupon so she gave it to me and I joined 2 weeks ago. It felt great to be back at the gym. I used to go there before and then stopped going. Before then, I used to go to LA Fitness and then became pregnant with my daughter and that was my excuse to stop going.

I had a son on CHRISTMAS morning last year and my highest weight with him was 230 and I lost most of that before the "6 month" weight loss period after having a baby. I reached pre baby weight with him, which was 193. I had gotten down into the high 180's but then got overconfident and started eatting bad food.

So now here I am, with my gym membership again and all the inspiring stories and pictures on here. I'm eatting healthy food and drinking lots of water. I looked up my BMI and see that I am considered Overweight. I checked to see what Normal would be and at the highest is 153. So now I have a new goal. Instead of losing 20 pounds I'm trying for twice that. I just hope to become an inspiration and success story like sooo many others on here!

Well, gotta go.........off to the gym!
