weight training

I love myfitnesspal and am so glad to find a website that includes journaling food and exercise. I also started a new strength training program today but am not sure how to input all I did in the exercise log as I don't know what certain weight training moves are called. Any suggestions? Elizabeth

    I just log it under the cardio section as "strength training". Works pretty good, as far as the calorie burn for something like that can be calculated. Have fun with your new program :happy:
