Full Body Workout Frequency...

So today I just completed a workout video which worked most of the muscles in the body (LOTS of squats, ugh!), and tomorrow I'm thinking about doing a different dvd....but I'm not sure what to do, since the other videos also work the entire body...should I just do more cardio tomorrow, like jogging, and then the next day do another dvd? I don't want to undermine the all the progress I make by overworking my body. Any suggestions?
