Looking for Christmas Eve meal- preferably crock pot cooked
This year is the first year ever that my husband and I are spending Christmas Eve not with one of our families. He works during the day and I work until late, so I want something that I can prepare in the Crock pot and have ready when he gets home.. Any ideas & recipes would be appreciated?!

Crockpot chicken and stuffing.
About a pound of chicken in bottom of crockpot. Stir one can of drained green beans into can of cream of mushroom soup and pour over the top of the chicken. Get small box of stuffing mix (I think Stovetop is best) and add 1/2 cup (I think) of Hot water and stir. Then put that on top of greenbeans. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. I make mashed potatoes to go on the side.0 -
My friend told me about www.skinnycrockpot.com - lots of good ideas there. It's amazing what you can make in a slow cooker!0
