i am so thankful for this site!
i joined mfp in september 2011 looking like this at 179 lbs.:
after 3 months i am now 160 lbs and have successfully lost 19 lbs!
i now look like this:

How do you put pics on your post or blogs?
I put pics on using photobucket. I copy the img code and then paste it into these things. i've yet to figure out how to make it work for blogs yet though.0 -
