Hey guys!

I was just curious what everyone's strategies are for getting through the Holidays eating-wise this year. I'm definitely an overeater, especially at night. Also, i feel like all I want to eat is sugar- breads, cookies, candy, juice, etc. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions on how to stay on the straight and narrow?

I'm not worrying about it much until January. But I'm logging everything, because knowledge is power.

I am thinking along these lines as well.

Tell the kids that Santa is just a myth that we've helped pass along.

Food will be the LAST thing on your mind for the holiday's =]

I'm making my boyfriend stop by Dennys on the way to his parents so I can have some egg whites and turkey bacon and not be hungry when we get to his fam's for Christmas dinner - luckily he doesn't mind, his mom really can't cook anyway :)

This is the best strategy so far. If you want to add something you may use the criteria of: "Is this good enough to screw it?" Basically, there will be many food of many kinds and quality, so, you may pick only the best of each one and let away the chocolate with no taste that uncle rat bought
