So what does NSV mean. I have read alot of them and no one says what NSV is. Yes Im new :) excuse the newbness.

    AHHH now it all comes together lol thanks.

    So something like Im wearing jeans that I havent been able to wear in 2yrs and they are even getting loose (yes I kept them they were practically new) what can I say Im frugal.

    Non Scale Victory.....meaning your scale hasnt budged but your pants are loose, or your belt needs more holes, or you start to see muscles or ribs you havent seen before. Anything other than your scale that let's you know youre losing....:)
