Hi Everyone
I just had a question about Vitamins or any "aides" that can help with the weight loss process. I'm not talking about diet pills, but I have heard that acai berries are good or anything of that nature that can help give a boost to weight loss. Thanks for any advice that come my way!

    Supposedly B12 will help with energy/boosting metabolism. Chromium helps with burning carbs and carb cravings. Cinnamon is supposed to help with carb metabolism too.
