Im a lil confused as too which figure to log when im entering my exercises. The MFP cals burned are higher than what the elliptical or treadmill. Which one should I use!!??

Mine were always close to MFP on the treadmill, but if you entered your weight, I'd go with what the treadmill says since it has your pace and incline.
MFP's elliptical estimate is useless because it's too vague. Use the machine on that one, too. MFP has no way of knowing what your pace or resistance was, and there's a huge difference between going 3mph or 9mph, or at low resistance vs high resistance.0 -
I've never really entered my weight on any machines. I just do the quick start. Should I enter my weight??0

Yep. You'll get a much more accurate estimate based on your weight. The more info you can plug in (age, weight, etc.) you can plug in, the better.0
