Ok so I satrted the eating part of the diet last week while I was waiting on my videosto get here. Well they are here as of yesterday and today Im going to do my first workout. In 15 mintues. Im watching the video through once before I actually do it. Im excited but scared as well. It doesnt look to hard but I want tobe able to keep with it for next 6 weeks. I will let everyone know who the workout goes when Im done

This is going to sounds super gross but I used to eat around 3000-4000 calories a day (I know WOW right) So I cut back to the 1200 as suggested on this sight cut out all soda and juice and it just fell off. I dont see the difference yet though which is a little bit disturbing but thats ok I will soon enough.
Off to do my first workout!!0 -

Thank you Thank you!! Its all from just eating right. WOOHOO healthy food. SO I just got my butt kicked on my first workout. Its been about 5 years since Ive last worked out though. I decided to watch the video first and the whole time I was watching it I was thinking dang Im gonna be able to skip right to the second vidoe, ya not so much!!! LOL Ill stick with this video for the first week LOL!!0
