I used to always make pita chips with olive oil on both sides and cut into wedges, does anyone know a lighter recipe?
Can you use spray butter? Or just nothing?0 -
you can use nothing, the color and crispiness will be a little different, otherise spray but Olive oil is god for you so no shame in that either!

IDK if it will work with pitas, but if you take a flour tortilla and rinse it with water, and kinda shake off the extra water, then microwave it for like 3 minutes, it turns into a tortilla chip. then you just break it apart and ta-da! chips! with no extra ingredients.0

You could spray them with cooking spray. I've done it where I spray them with cooking spray and then sprinkle some cinnamon and splenda (instead of cinnamon and sugar) on them.
