Once the challenge really gets going, if you want support, or would like to give support to someone, or want to share NSVs, etc., feel free to post here. :-) I tend to reply to several people at once so I write what I want in a separate doc and then copy and paste that when I'm ready.

I've got everyone to this point. We've got 15 spots left and then I'm closing our group. Our last challenge lost 1/2 of the people by the end so I'm padding this one just a little more. :-)0 -

I know 2.5lbs a week isn't the norm...but is what the doctor recommends is fine for me because I have more than most to lose!
