Christmas Time Weigh-ins

So, tomorrow is the 26th, which is the first time since the 18th that I'll be weighing in. I'm rather worried about this weigh-in for a few reasons. Firstly, it was my birthday on the 21st, which I went out with friends to celebrate for. Needless to say I didn't watch my in-take that day. And then of-course Christmas day, which I've eaten a full Christmas meal, along with unhealthy snacks along the way.

Normally I'm very particular on what and when I eat, to make sure that I don't sneak past my in-take line, as I'm really focused on losing weight. I'm just worried that this week I'll have put weight on, and that it could just happen as easily as this a few more weeks down the line.

Was wondering if others were having the same issues, and wanted to get this off my chest really. Like I said, just focused on losing the weight I want to lose. Cheers for reading.

I'm not weighing myself for at least two weeks. I KNOW it will be up a few pounds, just like Thanksgiving, but within those weeks will be back down to normal. :)

I did weigh in this morning before I proceeded to pig out, having done that, I dread the weigh in Monday! I may postpone that for a couple of days though. There are just some days, well, there are just some days I like to say forget it and I'll get back on board come tomorrow! Christmas is one of those days!

I'm one of those every-day-weighers. Stick to the schedule you set for yourself, and don't let it be a huge deal if it's up. Facing the facts without letting yourself get all guilty is the best Christmas/birthday gift you can give yourself! Good luck!
