Hello There! My name is Suzanne! :smile: :flowerforyou:

I'm looking for serious accountability buddies here whos willing to check in with me on occasion, PM back and forth, be there when we have a down kind of day..comment on diary/exercise with more then "WTG or "Good Job" (Sometimes that just can irritate me..slightly) I do give credit to some on friends list that has been doing that but it seems half of what I have, don't communicate at all..so feel free to add me, but please leave a note in the request if your interested. Thanks!

    Looks like you have 135 friends! I think you should go to your own comment section and tell them to please look at your diary before they say "WTG" and tell you really what they think.

    I am new to Myfitnesspal.com and I try to tell my friends the truth -- but if you don't really know them, you aren't sure if you will hurt their feelings or not, right? So just tell them that they won't hurt your feelings and you really want them to hold you accountable and give you a hard time when you go off plan.

    LOL...are you still participating in the NY Challenge? Do you think that you overdid it (got burntout) by all of those 1000+cal burns that you had during the BB challenge??? Start slow, go back to the basics, try 30min/day 4-5 days/week...once you have that down you can add in more if you feel that you need to....most find that an acceptable and maintainable amount for the duration though :) you CAN do it though...I've seen it with my own eyes!

    I really don't mind the challenges, but I don't want to make it all about the scale too..I'm concidering bi-weekly weigh ins--and most challenges you need to do so weekly.

    If you decided to join in for the Bunny Challenge (Taush's next one), and you explained that you are only gonna weigh-in every other week...I don't think anyone would mind!!! especially if you were still commenting on the weekly goals!! i just know that it helps to have people to "check-in" too!!!!


    how bout for now...I offer you a personal challenge of working out 30 minutes 4 days this week (Sun-Sat), and I mean ACTUAL working out!!! not chores, or walking from your car to the store, and not cooking! If you accept....you can post what you did each day, on my profile or PM it to me!!!! Just lemme know!?
