Hi,
I found My Fitness Pal a couple of weeks ago and signed up but haven't had time to look around.
I want to make changes in diet and exercise... not doing well with either.
Would love to get rid a of about 50 #s by this time next yr. I know I can work on getting exercise each
day but the Diet part is going to be interesting because I don't even know where to start there
except start making sure I'm drinking enough water each day and common sense stuff like eat fruits and veggies and cut out the sweets. I'm not great cook... something I don't enjoy doing... anyway hopefully I can get some research in this week on what I need to start doing and then be able to implement stuff into my life for the better.

Hi there ! Glad you found this site. You'll see, if you log in everyday, log your food and exercise (even just walking around the blocks count !), then you'll soon discover that 50 pounds is more than doable. Log in EVERYTHING you eat really helps, even if it means being over your calorie goal, because that's what keeps up going the next day ! And you'll see that people around here are great !0

For Exercise I've worked out using my wii and that's what I have to do for now. No $ for a gym and live on a busy highway and can't just go walk with out driving somewhere first.0
