hi can anyone tell me good foods to eat before i do cardio and afterwards that will get me in fat burning mode.

There's no magic food that will put you in fat burning mode. I had a look at your diary, and you might want to focus first on hitting your calorie goal. You don't seem to be eating enough most days. In the long term, that's not gonna help your progress.0

You don't need to eat too much carbs before doing your cardio session because your body will burn the energy you're taking from those carbs, and will not use your body fats reserves as fuel. If you want to lose fat you should make your body use your own fat as energy. Try to eat 2 hours before doing your cardio session and don't eat too much carbs.0

Lean proteins; turkey, chicken, fish, greek yogurt, wheat toast and peanut butter, egg whites with veggies.....0
