Halfway! (With Pics)

I took a photo this morning and decided to compare it with one that was taken at the same angle (ie: by me) 7 months ago on my birthday.

I've lost 11.2kg (24.5lb) in the last 14 weeks, I have another 11kg to go :)

Since joining MFP I've gone from running 2.5km in 20 minutes to, today, where I ran my personal best, 5km in 29 minutes and 12 sec... my pace from 8.5min/km, to just under 6min/km :D

So I'm a bit proud of myself, and when comparing photos I'm beginning to see a difference. Success Story posts help to motivate me a lot, so I though I'd post my own - maybe I'll spur someone else along!

(and yes, I look slightly confused.. in my defense it was 5am, and I was only taking it for my MFP profile photo! hah)
