    Please add me to this challenge. It sounds like a great motivator. I need to stop eating back all my exercise calories and think this will be a good way to do that.

    Count me in! I have not really had much luck in our New Year, New You Challenge as my weight has been stuck for over a month. Finally seem to be moving-hopefully the holidays don't set me back again!
