I woke up this morning in the worst mood and have been a total BIOTCH all day. Luckily I work at home and fortunately no one is home today otherwise it might have gotten ugly. I finally said scr*w it since I wasn't getting any work done and went for a bike ride. I rode 8.3 miles in 53 minutes and burned 548 calories. Now I know that is no world record but man do I feel so much better. The BIOTCH has left the building.....I am a believer now in execise and the endorphine thing.

I experienced that over the weekend too...I went camping with DH's family. I was crankier than catsh!t, PMS was in the house and I was irritated and sooo annoyed with so many things and people.

I woke up early on Satrurday morning and went for a walk/run before anyone was up, came back and everything went away and it was quite a nice day! :drinker:

:smokin: What a way to turn a frown upside down! You go girl, that is so awesome! You could have just let that mood lead you right to the refrigerator and a pint of Ben and Jerry's. But you rode your bike instead! There is something to be said there!

    Keep up the good work!

Funny thing is every time I hear the word endorphines I think of Legally Blonde (the first one) when they are talking about the woman on trial and she says "Exercise increases endorphines, endorphines make you happy and happy people just don't kill their husbands". I guess that is right..... but that is a weird thing to think of dontcha think :noway:

Great! I find when I exercise first thing in the morning that I'm much happier throughout the day.
