I ate a lot these past couple of days and I know gained a few pounds. The worst part is that I am having a hard time getting back on track. Is anyone else having trouble?Does anyone have any advice?

I'm having a little bit of a sugar craving but it's not too bad. Good luck getting back on track.

I suggest looking forward to the present, here & now. Yesterday is gone so can't do much about it. You already over ate & have admitted it. Place your focus on your goals & how you intend to reach those. Perhaps set up mini goals for yourself: reachable & attainable ones. Most importantly is NOT TO GIVE UP!! The journey may be tough, it's rewards are will most definately be worth those sweat & tears....onwards & upwards!! Chin up....remember: si se puede...YES I CAN!! :)

you can do it...one of my favorite quotes is "When you think about giving up, remember why you held on for so long to begin with!!" I think that the most of us gave in to the holiday good food. I know I am craving sweets all the time now and I use to not. Just think of this week as a detox and start fresh on Jan. 1st!!!
