I've been seeing a bunch of ppl use CHIA seeds in their green smoothies. Is there a big nutritional difference between CHIA seeds and FLAX SEED?

I believe part of it is that chia when moistened swells up/ get a gel around it and it helps to make one feel full quicker or longer. I choose to eat chia over flax and that is a contributing factor. I think you can do a compare between the two online.0

I just read an article in Oxygen magazine this weekend about Chia seeds. It said that Chia seeds have more omega-3 per serving than flax. It can help keep you feeling fuller longer and contain as many antioxidants as the same serving of blueberries.0

They also have a lot of fiber, comparable to oatmeal. I love chia so much.0 -
