So I hit a milestone today - 25 pounds lost and made it into the 170s (barely - 179.5, but I'll take it). Looking forward to more progress in the future! :smooched:

Not sure how much more. According to the BMI calculator i am about 15 pounds from healthy weight, so I think I will try for 20 more. Thanks for all th encouragement - it really means a lot. I love this site!0
