So I'm already over my calorie limit (1200) by about 47. I actually ate around 1450 but I excersized a bunch off. So that cheesecake slice that I want...should I eat it or no? I am pretty hungry tho...Ohh, so hard.

eat it, 1 day of eating above maintenance won't sabotage your diet. keep in mind that 1200 cals is not your maintenance level of cals0

For gods sake just eat it!0
