For me...
1. Self-confidence
2. Better health (no more prescription medications)

    Less headaches. And according to my boyfriend and his daughter, I'm more adventurous/confident with my style. A bit easier to do when the style selections get larger with smaller sizes. =)

    Self-confidence (I was terrified at even the thought of joining a gym. Now, I walk in and out like I'm walking on a cloud with a big smile on my face. I don't feel like everyone is staring me down thinking "What is SHE doing here?")

    Patience and Calm - I have so much more of it, be it at work or with my family. Ahhhhh.

    Strength - I purchased 10 personal training session at my gym - a great investment. My trainer had me doing things I never thought I could do.

    Energy - Wow. That feels good, doesn't it?
