My hubby bought me a pair of leggings size 9 and they fit!!! Before Christmas morning I always bought ladies sizes. Size 10. I'm in the single digits now 
Does anyone know what the difference between these junior sizes and the regular ones I was wearing?????

Congrats! My husband always tries to get me clothes from the Junior department for Christmas, and I always have to take them back. He bought me all JCPenny worthington outfits in L andXL this year. I guess he thought I was going for the retired mother look, he even bought a poncho! Maybe next Christmas I will be able to get single digit sizes as presents from the junior department!
