Hello! I don't have much to lose, but I am struggling to lose it. I am hoping to get rid of 15 pounds and keep it off. I have done this numerous times (lost & gained) but continue to keep trying!!!!!!!!!! I think my overall challenge when I do reach my goal will be maintenance!
