So happy to be fit for once in my life. I went from 282 to 178 starting back on 3/15/11. I've worked my behind off over the last 9 months working out, dieting, and staying on here reading all the encouragement and motivation post on here. This site has chafed my life does the better and has taken me off of blood pressure and diabetes medicines. Currently down with sciatica nerve issues but maintaining my wait and loving my way of life.


Thanks to all the people on here and I love this site.
