does anybody know how to log the Ab Circle Pro?

    does the ab circle pro really work? I love watching the infomercial and have almost bought it a dozen times but I can't bring myself to actually buy it because it seems like such a fluke.

    my mom has it, she loves it. i made her do it yesterday when we were at her house. no idea how to log it though.

    Ooh I would like to know this also because my nephew has one...and that little dude is 17 and rocking an 8 pack! It looks ridiculous to me because he is my little nephew but he looks awesome!

    I think I may steal it from him :)

    i just got it for christmas, so i just tried it out last night. but i can feel where my upper back muscles are sore, and while i was using it last night i really had a sweat going and i could feel it in my sides.
