In case you need some motivation as the new year rolls around, here is a 1 year comparison from Last December (2010) to this December (2011). 
I have lost over 100lbs and am currently working on strength and triathlon training. Just remember that this is a marathon and not a sprint, it takes time, you will have good days and bad days, but just stay focused and enjoy your new lifestyle! Trust me it is well worth the work!
