Hello all,

Name is Jeff and i have a desk job i have been at for 5 years and have gained almost 60 lbs. Def not a fan and for sure do not like what i see in the mirror and the wife well shes losing intrest in me physically well time to change that!!!!!

A guy i work with dropped over 100 lbs using this simple site i figured since he could do over 100 lbs i should beable to do 50 to 60 lbs. I stoped by the picture wall and seen a photo of him 2 years ago and looked at him now and that my friends was my motovation.

    Welcome, You can do anything you if you want it bad enough. This site is a great tool. It puts it right in your face. Good luck.

    Welcome!! I live in Michigan as well, only moved here about 6 months ago. I was born and raised in California. MFP is wonderful and there are alot of motivating people on this site. If you need friends, feel free to add me as a friend! Welcome, and good luck.....You will do great!!

    I am looking to lost about 60lbs.
    I have tried all the freebie sites and think MFP is the best as far as being clean, simple, and easy to use.
    There is strength in numbers, add us all as friends and we can help each other!

    I'm from Grand Blanc, Michigan. Returning to the site after 6 months off. I lost 10, gained back 3, and didnt want to gain more than that so here I am trying to lose 40! Yikes! I'd be happy to have some Michigan friends on here too. Maybe we can get through the winter with a little encouragement from each other.
