Low cal sushi options?

Going out for sushi tonight, any suggestions as to what to order that isn't too caloric?

    stay away from the saucey rolls, tempura's, and cream cheese
    any rolls with fresh veggies (cucumber, avacado) would be good
    ask them to sub soy paper instead of rice.

    Stick with sashimi. If you go with rolls or nigiri sushi ask for brown rice. Also on the rolls you can ask them to go easy on any sauces.

    I usually get hot tea, sashimi and miso soup and end up under 300 calories for the whole meal. Avoid anything fried or added sauces. Rice can add up too.

    I usually do a spicy tuna roll with very little sauce. I don't substitute the rice because I only get 6 pieces. The tuna has great protein and I also get miso soup.

    Thank goodness I'm not the only one! It's my favourite and I don't get to enjoy sushi much so I'm glad to find someone here with the same menu plan!
