Do you measure with clothes on or off?

  I do a fitting bra and underwear. I think its easier and more accurate.

  Clothes off, the less the better.

  I measure with them off, and start from the base.

  I measure in the morning, clothes off you don't want to add any extra inches even if it's 0.2!!

  Thanks everyone for the replies! I'm planning on measuring tomorrow morning. I started here a month ago and have yet to take measurements. Kinda mad at myself for that.

  Always off and generally I measure in the morning first thing
