Good morning ladies

I skipped the biscuit again today ( wooohooo)
I got 60 minutes on the elliptical last night and feel great, just a little knee pain.

    You go girl!!! Day two....great job avoiding the temptation....it's like the weight watchers commercial where the little monster dude is throwing doughnuts - you're slamming the door in his face!

    I think my body has to have a rest day - this morning, I am so sore waist down from jogging....took a 50m Groove class last night-I am so not coordinated for that then did my C25K...day 2 week 2 done...

    I did so much better yesterday! Thanks everyone.:happy: I think wearing the "fat" pants helped alot. since I was tugging on them all day to keep them up, it was a constant reminder of how much I have lost. I got a total of 140 minutes of exercise in and did great on my food selection. Now for a whole new day ,but I am pumped up and I know I can do this.

    I am going to start the C25K on Monday. I am so excited I might actually be able to run with my MARINE hubby one day.:love:

    If you want, I've printed off a week 1 - 4 schedule that breaks it down by times....like start walk, 5:00 (time elapsed) Jog; 6:00 walk, etc etc

    If you want it, send me your email address and I'll send it to you. It makes it much easier than trying to jog and add in my head at the same time....
