I am completely addicted to horizons 1% choclate milk. It has 130 cal in 1 serving and adding up to my diary. Can anybody suggest a healthy alternative. I really want to have choclate in it. I didn't see non fat version and something that taste as good.

Have you thought about pure cacao powder with skim milk? It's FULL of antioxidants and is healthy for you and pure chocolate stuff :) I use it in my baking instead of cocoa, but was told by the guy I buy it off at the health food shop that he has it as his hot chocolate or with breakfast!

imo it is healthy unless you are drinking a gallon a day...do you think its unhealthy or just too many cals?

Just my opinion, but that is a pretty healthy choice for chocolate milk. It's organic, has healthy fats, calcium and protein and tastes yummy.
Are you going for 'healthy' or 'low-cal' because you can probably find a protein shake that has fewer calories.

Get creative. With the availability of Almond milk at almost every grocery store, you're talking 40 calories, which is 90 calories under that of a cup of 1%. Add in some baking cocoa and some sort of calorie free sugar alternative and you might find something you like...or could get use too.

I think I am drinking 3 serving a day or 4 that is huge. I guess 1 serving is 240 ml. isn't it too much. I am still learning all nutrition facts so thought to ask.

Just to add, I am looking for healthy stuff and still want to loose weight. I will try silk or almond, but doesn't want to give up taste.
