Help meeeee

OK guys n gals,
I need some help! From May 2010 to Nov 2010 I lost 79 lbs! Now a little over one year later, I have gained 25 of those lbs back! I cannot go in this direction! I wanted to LOSE 25 more, not gain 25 back! I just would like to beg for your support and motivation and whatnot... ok, fire away!

    Don't beat yourself up. Everybody gets off track, getting back on is what counts...and that's what you're doing. Welcome back! :)

    Whatever you've been doing since, stop doing.

    Like the others said, don't beat yourself up - the really important thing is that you are catching yourself after 25 pounds, not the whole 79 (and by the way, congrats on that accomplishment!), and doing something about it. Get back to clean, healthy eating, and regular exercise, and you'll see the scale start going in the right direction again :wink:
