www.freedomyou.com has some juicing recipes posted on their website... quite a bit actually! They also sell you their books but last I checked there were plenty of recipes that you didn't have to buy the book.0

THIS IS THE FRUIT SMOOTHIE I MADE AND LOVED!!!!
1 CUP APPLE JUICE
1 CUP DOLE FROZEN FRUIT (STRAWBERRIES, BANANAS, AND PEACHES)
ABOUT 10 SMALL CUBES OF ICE
SIMPLE AND DELICIOSO!!!!! MAKES ABOUT 2 CUPS AND ONLY 180 CALORIES PER SERVING!!!!0 -
I love making this smoothie for a midday snack
1 cup water
2 spoonful of low fat yoghurt
1 banana
Handful of mixed berries
Ice
You can add ingredients individually in the diary0 -
I love this strawberry banana shake
-6-8 frozen strawberries
-half of a banana
-1 cup of skim milk
-trivia or stevia (sugar) to taste(optional)
-cap full of vanilla flavoring. (Optional)
-3 ice cubes (the more ice the thicker the smoothy)
Or try this peach cobbler smoothly
-1 cup of frozen peaches
-half a cup of skim milk (or milk of your choice)
-vanilla abstract
-cinnamon
