Try some of the special K bars, they have only 90 calories and they have a little sweetness to them. You could also try some sugar free pudding. It is hard not to eat the sweet stuff, but once you get used to it, it is okay!

Eat some fruit...it's better for u. Or just say no. It's all about willpower. Don't eat it if you don't have the calories for it. I try not to eat within 2 hours of bedtime either. Brush your teeth. It always helps. Sweet things don't usually go well with toothpaste.

hmm...I'm the same way. When I get cravings for sweets it make a cup of hot tea and add splenda to it. Splenda has no cals, but it's very sweet. It usually helps me, but if it doesnt...I eat an apple. I take off the skin, cut them up, and pop 'em into the microwave for a little. Then I add a bit a splenda and you have a delicious snack.
    Hope that helps :flowerforyou:

It really depends on how many calories you have left for the day.
You could have a bowl of cereal, frozen yogurt, popsicle, low fat
    pudding, etc...
