Welcoming myself in to the 130's

This morning I weighed, 139.8, I have hit my low for this year on February 6th(139.2).
Since February, I have hit that number a handful of times, once I hit that number, I climb steadily back up.
I made a promise to myself that this time I won't let that happen.
I will consciously work towards a lower number.
Yesterday, I biked the most I ever have, 26.53 miles on my upright stationery bike.
I have immune system problems, where too much workout, stress gets me into low grade fevers.
I already ate a clementine this morning, took my pain pill for the dental disaster I am dealing with, and had an ayurvedic tonic that helps me when I feel I am about to get fevers.
I am doing my best not to slide backwards. I have been logging for over 16 days, and plan to do so today as well. Will make sure I have a 1,000 calorie deficit as well.
