yes, i try and keep that one in mind. hard though, when the reward i want is food! reprogramming needed0
-
However i look at that pic and think "she needs some food..."!!0

Unfortunately, I believe in eating and fueling my body.. so yes, I will reward myself with a nice meal when I go workout or accomplish something major in my self.
Being stick thin is great, but feeling full and not hungry 24/7 is better.0 -

couldnt agree more, lol0 -
The faceless woman in that photo is too thin... that is definitely NOT healthy...0
-
i'm not looking at the picture, though i dont actually think she's 'too thin' etc.0

Dogs don't reward themselves with food either.
Train wreck on the horizon.0 -

It is funny what people see! The OP obviously saw the pic as inspirational & "attractive" but I have to agree with your insight. Bones are not attractive, curces are attractive :-

I totally agree.0 -
Agreed OP--your body doesn't want food for it to be healthy.0

Train wreck on the horizon.
Dogs don't really reward themselves at all, do they?0 -

Exactly, Hosanna!Dogs don't reward themselves with food either.
Train wreck on the horizon.
Imagine that...a train wreck on MFP??? Nah, couldn't happen!Agreed OP--your body doesn't want food for it to be healthy.
Exactly, your body wants sex...much more fulfilling than food, ¿no crees?0 -
I was watching doctor OZ and he said that you're body needs food, sleep, and sex and if you're lacking in one you're going to make it up in another. So make sure you get enough of each!0

me either. I think she's most women's "dream body" . I wouldn't mind looking like that )0 -
Looks like a thinspiration image to me; especially coming from tumblr.
Be your own inspiration.0 -
I wouldn't mind looking like her either lol but maybe with my current boobs instead hee hee. I often find myself rewarding my hard work with food but its not something good. More like binging on cake and sweets and what not. So I have to agree with the pic.0

Sounds like a prescription-made-in-heavan! LOL!!!0 -

does not matter what the body looks like, it will be judged- aloud0 -
but luckily there will also be others who will find it attractive0
-
it's not good for a dog either.0

I dont' think she's too thin. Some are naturally thin in that way. YOU might be too thin if you looked like that picture but everyone is different.0

I think she looks fine for a teenager, not what I'd want to be at this age, but she doesn't necessarily look unhealthy.0
-

She looks fine, IMO. Can't see the ridges of her ribs along the sides, hip bones don't have that hollow look to them. She has fat on her abs - can't see 6-pack definition.0 -
