Brazil Butt Lift (Beachbody version)

Hey everyone!
has anyone tried brazil butt lift? I'm doing it now...but i'm not so sure about it...I just finished the Cardio Axe and I felt like the dancing was confusing and offbeat? I would like to think i'm an alright dancer (I do well at zumba) but this stuff is confusing!
However, I wanna stick with it if there is successful results!

I think it's fun cardio, but as far as the marketing claims to target your rear, it just didn't happen. I did lose body fat, but it came off from everywhere.
I thought that it was enjoyable and it helped me to lose a couple of pounds in the month that I was doing it, but I much prefer more active cardio that burns more calories in conjunction with a good weight lifting program that incorporates all body parts, not just the glutes.0 -
I feel super awkward doing it. And I felt like I should have been swinging from a pole, lol! However, I thought it was kind of fun and although I don't follow the program, I do the workouts on occasion just to do something a little different.

The cardio workouts weren't my favorite because I am very music oriented with my workouts - If I don't like the music, I won't want to press play. The other targeted workouts for the abs etc are pretty good. I plan to insert those into later workouts when I need variety. I could definitely feel muscles I didn't know existed!0

One of my MFP friends got great results from it. I am going to do that after my 30 day shred and ripped in 30. I am worried because I am horribly uncoordinated but I am going to try it anyway.0

I have this workout and its really good. It has about 6 different workouts on it. My favourite is "Bum Bum" because I really feel like my butt and legs have been worked afterward.
The Cardio Axe one... I understand what you mean. Its kind of off beat. I think its the way they flick between different takes and its not exactly in sync.
But yeh, generally its a really good workout.0 -

I'm loving Brazil Butt Lift. I definitely feel the burn with most of the workouts, especially Bum Bum. However, I usually replace Cardio Axe with some other form of cardio.... it's just confusing and makes me feel like I'm not getting a whole lot out of it.0
