Missed P90X workouts...

Hi! I am doing P90X, that said, I missed the first week of the second block due to a business trip 2 weeks ago, then I was good for the next 2 weeks, and now I have missed 4 days in a row with holiday stuff, December has been rough. So do I just pick up the calendar where it is or should I start the entire program over?

    I would most likely just restart this week that you missed 4 days unless you feel that you need to restart.

    I wouldn't start all over again; I have had instances where I missed days due to illness or traveling, etc, and I just pick up where I leave off. Obvi it will take you more than 90 days, but I'm not a believer in perfect structure of these workout routines- the point is you are doing all the hard work, not that you NEVER take a day off or it won't work for you! *gasp*

    Just keep going. Life has those interruptions sometimes. The larger point is to keep getting the exercise and managing your diet rather than feeling that you have to jump through the hoops as written on paper. To me, starting over would be like punishing myself. Life is too short for that. One time I saw an interview with Tony Horton and he said he just picks workouts somewhat randomly just to keep things fresh for himself.
