    Holy crap! You look awesome, and you certainly look happier in your after photos! I also started at 197 (I was absolutely HORRIFIED about crossing into the 200s, I think that's what made me really stick with it this time) and I'm down to 174 so far, with another 40 or 45 lbs to go. I'm SO happy for you, and I am going to keep your before and after pics in my head while I go crazy with Turbo Jam today! :-D Thanks for posting :-)
