Has anybody done Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown or Ripped in 30? I just bought them off of Amazon and the reviews were great, but wanted to get your all's opinions. I figured these would be good purchases for when the gym becomes crowded with the temporary noobs.

Haven't done Yoga Meltdown but Ripped in 30 is a killer workout. I absolutely love it :) Was actually planning on starting my Ripped in 30 up again come January 1st!
  • actually im going to start the ripped in 30 again today. i did it over the summer i got it right around when it came out and GIRLLLLLLLLLL it works. its intense but well well worth it. i know everyones results are different but i shed weight nicely with this. i havent used her yoga meltdown cause im not a yoga type person so i cant comment but i hope this helps.

Awesome! I can't wait to get them and try them out. Is ripped in 30 hard on joints and if so do you think the moves can be easily modified? Unfortunately I have arthritis in both knees so I have to be careful.

I have both and love them.

I go to the gym normally but days when i cant i stick on a ripped week (at random) or one of the yoga levels depending on what mood i'm in.

    i think they're brilliant workouts.

but then i do have a slight girl crush for jm so i might be biased a little

I dont have either but I have "No more trouble zones" and its serious as well as her "6 weeks to a 6 pack" which Im starting (again) today. I dont think that you can go wrong with Jillian. Good luck with the two workouts!
  • i have right knee issues from back when i injured it in basketball but you should be ok.

I have done Ripped in 30, its a great workout and a little more intense than 30 day shred...*excellent workout*.

For the past month, I've been doing Jilian's YOGA meltdown in place of the Yoga for p90X,....let me just say, Jillian's YOGA is certainly not for PUNKS  :noway: It's indeed a challenging workout and I can still workout a sweat on just level one of it. But I like it, its every bit of challenging as any of her workouts!
