Turbo Fire Question

I have had turbo fire for a while now but have never followed any of the workout plans. I used to just do whatever I wanted. I decided that to try the plans they have in the booklets but I am not sure what to do. I plan on starting with the 5 day inferno then going into the workout plan but I noticed there are 2 different ones. In the booklet "turn up the burn" it has a "prep schedule" and then there is the "class schedule". Should I do the prep one first or just go right into the class one? Any suggestions?

    I will say that if you have done it in the past and in pretty good shape, I would just jump into the "class schedule". I would only do the "prep schedule" if you have never done TF or if you are just getting back into shape.
