Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way to track your calories, fat, carbs and protein without using a specific food item in the food tracker. I see there is a way to input calories, but I don't see an option for fat, carbs and protein.

    fyi... the mobile app can scan the barcode

    Thanks for the info, but its a receipe.....
  • Have you tried the Recipe Calculator - click the food tab then recipe under there. You can basically enter your recipe and it will calculate the values.
