Has anyone tried the Nike Training Club (NTC) app? I've used it a few times and was pretty sore afterwards but I'm curious about what kind of results would come out of using it consistently. Happy almost Friday!

    I've had it on my iphone for a while, I used it for the first time yesterday and thought I would die..lol

    I use it reguarly and really like it! It lets me bust out a workout in my garage, which is great for when I can't get out to the gym!
