Keep loosing interest in the exercises that I am doing. I used to be SUPER FIT in college and want to be back there again. I love hiking with my husband and don't want to have to restrict our hikes because I am out of shape. 8 pounds down so far and am starting up the Insanity program. Wish me luck!

all the best, you could journal and figure out why you are not motivated enough

I have an issue with keeping focused as well. My boyfriend got me some Fitdeck cards for Christmas. Each card has a exercise, you just shuffle and pick as many as you like at random and walla! A new workout every day!

I bore easily with exercise too if I do the same thing all the time. I restarted 30 days ago today and committed to being active every day. I've found tracking everything in MFP and seeing how much more food I can eat and still lose steadily is a huge motivator for me. In 30 days, I've dropped 9.7 lbs and burned 15,071 calories through exercise. In the past I've fallen off the wagon due to boredom as well as hitting nasty plateaus from undereating while trying to lose. Tracking faithfully as well as building a circle of MFP friends has really helped. I sent a friend request in case you'd like an accountability buddy. Good luck!
