Hi all I'm an Irish mom to 3 lovely children who has made a secret pact with myself to make 2012 the year I finally lose 3 stone and regain my confidence and fitness.

I plan to do c25k on my treadmill until the good weather comes back. And I want to log in every day and completed diary with honesty.

I would love a few friends with similar goals to help motivate me. Feel free to add me. Thanks.

    14 lbs in a stone . think i'll edit it to 4 stone goal now lol.
